Retrofit West Birthday Offer – Retrofit Plans in June for only £30!

Retrofit West are pleased to launch a limited offer prize draw in celebration of two years in operation. We’re looking for homeowners who want to install energy-saving measures in their home and need a retrofit plan to get them started.

What’s on offer?

We are offering 20 homeowners a retrofit plan for only £30 (saving you upwards of £390.00!). From the beginning of June 2025, this offer is open for a limited time. You’ll receive a support phone-call from us, a retrofit plan assessment for only £30 and post-assessment support. Enter the prize draw to win!

How to enter the prize draw

All you have to do is email hello@retrofitwest.co.uk with the subject line ‘I want a £30 survey’. Please also include your name, telephone number and postcode. We’ll contact you and take it from there! Good luck!

Terms and conditions:

• Homeowners in Bristol, Bath & North East and South Gloucestershire are eligible for discounts. If a voucher is issued outside the funded area, the offer will automatically be void. 
• Retrofit plans and Retrofit plans plus are only eligible for discount, these plans can be found on the Retrofit West as described on the Retrofit West CIC website. 
• The Homeowner must not have already had a Retrofit Plan or Survey since the start of the Retrofit West Home Accelerator project (June 2023). 
• Homeowners will be invoiced for £30.00 contribution to the assessment; this will need to be paid prior to the referral to the selected supplier 
• The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit. 
• Retrofit West will apply for 70% voucher on the Homeowner’s behalf and this will act as 1 of the total 2 discounts each property is eligible for 
• The voucher cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, offers, or discounts. 
• The survey or assessment must be carried out before 31^st July 2025. 
• The offer is for the intended applicant and cannot be transferred to another property. 
• Retrofit West reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice. 
• By redeeming this voucher, you agree to be contacted by Retrofit West regarding the service you received, and any subsequent retrofit measures installed. 
• By applying for a voucher and drawing down funding, Retrofit West will contact you following your assessment to help evaluate our services. In addition, we will contact you to find out about how the assessment carried out has helped you install energy saving measures in your home. Eligible Providers of Retrofit Plans include all services listed under ‘Retrofit Plan‘ and ‘Retrofit Plans Plus‘ on our assessment page.
