About Retrofit West
Retrofit West CIC is a community interest company set up in July 2023 by the Centre for Sustainable Energy (CSE) and funded by the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority. Running as a not-for-profit, Retrofit West give free, independent home energy advice to homeowners and landlords across Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset, and South Gloucestershire — and support local tradespeople to upskill into retrofit through funded training, business grants and events.
In doing so, householders can benefit from reduced energy consumption and costs, create a healthier and more comfortable home environment, help shield from the impact of energy security and rising bills, and most crucially help fight climate change in a localised and impactful way.
Our services: free home visits, free advice line, 80% off home assessment vouchers, local Trusted Trades directory, online knowledge base.
